Much of the day is spent in quiet contemplation so you’ll have plenty of time to think.

Feel calmer

Jo plans the day so it’s spacious. At the end, you’ll feel calm and refreshed.

No previous experience of mindfulness is needed. Jo will guide you on what to do.

— A calm day

  • In a small group of 6-12 like-minded people.
  • We start at 10.15am at Guildford railway station.
  • Have coffee in a local cafe to meet the others plus learn how to do mindfulness.
  • We start the walk at around 11am.
  • Plenty of time to slow down, think, and connect with nature.
  • The walk is approx. 5 miles.
  • We’ll have lunch at around 2pm.
  • We’ll finish between 3.30-4pm
  • There’s no charge for the day. Just bring money for your refreshments.
Last year’s mindful walk was sunny.
