Mindful Walk & Reflect Days with career coach Jo Maughan
A peaceful day walking mindfully in the beautiful Surrey countryside. Time to slow down and get yourself lots of personal reflection time. We finish with a networking lunch by the River Wey in Guildford, Surrey.

What can you expect?
Time to think
Much of the day is spent in quiet contemplation so you’ll have plenty of time to think.
Feel calmer
The day is very spacious. At the end, you’ll feel calm and refreshed.
Learn Mindfulness
No previous experience of mindfulness is needed. Jo will guide you on what to do.
My Mindful Walk Days are on: Monday 12th May, Friday 20 June, and Friday 4 July 2025
— A calm day
- In a small group of 6-8 like-minded people.
- We start at 10.15am at Guildford railway station.
- Have coffee in a local cafe to meet the others plus learn how to be mindful.
- We start the walk at around 11am.
- Plenty of time to slow down, think, and connect with nature.
- The walk is approx. 5 miles.
- Lunch is around 2pm. Time to network!
- We finish 3.30-4pm.
- £30 plus money for your own refreshments.
